This great recipe comes from Pillsbury.com and combines their refrigerated sugar cookie dough with some mint flavored dough that you mix at home, along some quick candy sprinkles and miniature candy pieces as decorations.   These trees are festive and delightful!

Found these LOVELY Christmas cookies over on the www.myrecipes.com site and thought I’d share with everyone.

Sugar Cookies are a great holiday cookie and one of the best parts is that you can make such different varieties of them just by adding some different ingredients.  This recipe calls for adding some lemon zest to some of the dough, cocoa powder to some of the dough, ginger to some of the dough… etc so that you get a variety of flavors all from the same base recipe.
